-How to use:
- Remove the transparent film and apply the gel side directly to the baby's forehead or affected area.
- Replace with a new sheet when the cooling effect diminishes.

Storage Instructions:
- Store in a cool place. For enhanced cooling, store in the refrigerator, but avoid placing in the freezer.
