- We do not offer any price match. Please make a purchase at your own discretion.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation request must be submitted to info@emastable.com within 24 hours after placing the order.
- 5% cancellation fee will be applied if you'd like to cancel the order.
- Orders that go to P.O. Boxes out of California will be automatically cancelled and refunded by deducting the 5% cancellation fee.
Shipping within the U.S.
- We do not ship the order over 1lb to Hawaii.
- Free shipping for all the orders over $100 within California.
- Free shipping for all the orders over $150 out of California.
- Orders that are missing or stolen will be liable by buyers, unless insurance is purchased.
- Undeliverable package (Or Returned package) due to the wrong address will be liable by buyers.
- Small orders can be shipped to P.O. boxes only within California.
Shipping to Canada
- Free shipping over $300 purchase
- $50 Flat charge under $300 purchase
- Canada order is subject to clearance and duty at the buyer's expense.
International Orders
- Free shipping over $500 purchase
- $70 Flat charge under $500 purchase
Return Policy
- Per damaged orders, please contact us at info@emastable.com within 7 days after delivery date with the proof picture.
- Per wrong item received, please contact us at info@emastable.com within 7 days after delivery date.
- For missing items, please contact us at info@emastable.com within 7 days after delivery date with the unboxing picture.
- Pottery items may have uneven glazed or dipping paints and occasional visible porous holes. These are not considered defects.
- Ema's Table accepts returns with $15 return shipping charge. The return will be given store credit.
- If the returned item is not in the original package, 20% restocking fee will be charged.
- For the furniture items such as bookcases, kid desk and chair, we do not accept return, any damaged item will be supplemented with replacement parts.
- Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to go through.
The Use of Gift Card
- Every gift card, regardless of the value, cannot be combined with any promotion.
- Only one gift card is allowed to be used in one transaction. The order with more than one gift cards being used will be cancelled with 5% cancellation fee.
- Every gift card (Giveaway) will automatically be expired by the end of the calendar year (December 31st).
