This steak knife and meat fork set is professionally designed for cutting delicious and beautiful baked meat. They are carefully crafted by skilled artisans in Tsubamesanjo Niigata Prefecture, where the best metal processing is done in Japan. The knife has good sharpness, so the cross-section of the meat is beautiful and smooth to the touch. The fork is a little shorter than commercial and is easier to grip and use. It can hold, pierce, lift and turn large pieces of meat well.

  • No dishwasher, microwave, or oven. 
  • Not suggested for opening cans and hard objects, or processing frozen food.

- 注意事項:

  • 洗碗機、微波爐、烤箱不可用。
  • 請勿用於開罐頭,橇開硬物,或處理冷凍食品。
  • 使用後可用柔軟的海綿沾取中性洗劑清洗,充分擦乾再收納。
  • 處理完酸性醃漬物或檸檬後請速洗淨,避免造成生鏽或變色。
  • 建議一個月使用磨刀石磨研1-2次以保持刀刃鋒利度。
