These tongs come from the Japanese kitchenware brand AUX, which stands for “attractive utensil expert”. They are made of easy-to-clean stainless steel and form as one piece. The closed tip design prevents food from falling off. The elastic handle is easy to grip and durable. The special curved arc design allows it to be placed upside down without touching the table, which is more hygienic. There are two sizes to choose from. The large one has a lengthened and anti-scalding handle, which can firmly clamp both fresh and cooked food. And it is also a great helper for frying food. The small one (see video below) is lightweight and can quickly pick up side dishes and ingredients that are not easy to be picked up by chopsticks, such as prunes and garlic.
