Shipping policy

We cover all the loss and cost before the package is delivered. After the package has been proved delivered by the carrier, the respobility shifts to the recepient. 

In this case, the customer may go out for travelling and they reported the package not received on Jan 5th, 2026, which has been 10 days later after the package was delieved.
