Daube is Studio M's one of the most popular earthen pot series. With a wide mouth, a flat bottom, and a not too deep body, this pot is versatile. Different from the Japanese style clay pots, the Daube series has a French antique appearance and a coarse earthy texture. The No. 5 size is suitable for baking a gratin dish or noodles for one serving. Besides the usage of cooking food as a pot or ovenware, you can use it for serving hot dishes as a lidded bowl by taking advantage of its heat-retention trait. It can be used to reheat food in a microwave as well.
