With a metal top and a ceramic bottom, this grilled pan can be heated evenly and brings out the original flavor of the ingredients. It is grilled fragrantly while dropping food oil moderately. - Notes:
- Direct fire only. No IH or gas stoves with temperature sensors.
- Preheat for 20 seconds, and then turn to low heat to grill food.
- Can put foil paper on the metal top for fatty foods.
- No dishwasher. Do not soak the ceramic part in water when cleaning.
- Use a soft sponge to clean and dry it before storing.
- It is normal for the ceramic bottom to crack or turn black when grilling.

- 注意事項：
- 僅適用直火加熱，IH 電磁爐不適用。
- 陶瓷聚熱性高，預熱20秒，使用時轉小火燒烤食物即可。
- 油脂多的食材可墊錫箔紙在進行燒烤。
- 洗碗機不適用，陶瓷底盤請勿泡水或用力搓洗。
- 請使用中性洗劑及軟質刷具清洗，清洗後請晾乾再行收納。
- 陶瓷底盤燒烤時若有裂紋或變黑，均屬正常現象。
