Hitohana translates as “a flower”. Thin, delicate design of the rim, beautifully balanced sharp straight lines and curvaceous lines. Sharp yet elegant series like a dignified flower are created by combining flower and polygon shapes.
The series offers a total of four items. The shallow bowl is perfect not only for serving soba and somen noodles but also pairs well with Western-style pasta. It's also highly recommended for rice dishes like Hainanese chicken rice or Hawaiian loco moco.
