The vintage-inspired Vernale series is made of black earthen clay and applied with a white glaze. It results in grayish deep white and atmospheric shades or unevenness of the color and glaze. This square plate is characterized by the curvy-corner cut and small dot decoration embossed on the narrow rim for a framing effect. Adorable yet elegant in appearance. With a flat and large serving space, the 6" plate is usable as a plate to share or a teacup saucer, and the 8" plate is perfect for serving sandwiches or salad.
