Kawachi Bankan has a grapefruit-like refreshing flavor while Setouchi Lemon highlights the refreshing and elegant flavor of the remarkable lemon. This region, often described as Japan’s Mediterranean or Aegean Sea. These citruses go through a traditional, time-consuming process to retain the natural flavor and aroma of each citrus. Also, the peels are well-coated with sugar and dried completely—the candied peels are not sticky. They are truly decadent treats.
